School ceremony rocks!

Two days ago we had a matriculation ceremony at school. We bowed a lot and applauded a lot, so it was cool! Even cooler was getting to stand next to the school mascot whale after the ceremony! I shall never forget

Filipino flags always make me happy. Those alien signs read "Josai International University"

Yesterday we went bike riding to the nearest shrine about 25 minutes from home. I was expecting something really giant, but from the main road it looked like a little house or a garage. It was nice though, not something you see everyday.

Bells, yay!

View of our little town from the shrine. Its flatness never ceases to amaze me

Pinoys in the hous...uh... in front of the shrine!!!!!!!

Rice cracker wearing stolen (by accident) shades. Will return to their rightful owner tomorrow at school.

Awesome house closeby

Awesome mating even closerby

This is awesome too, right? Last awesome picture for now. Chilleeeer`n!

Enter Japan

OK, so I am finally here! Actually, I arrived a week ago, but haven`t been online a lot. Let me show you what we`ve been up to instead
While waiting for the train heading for school, I was really shocked to see one of our teachers from Norway, Akiko sensei, arriving at the station. What are the odds of meeting her at Togane, Japan? Then I found out she belongs to the same school as us here, and everybody else already knew that, so it was not so crazy afterall. Oh well

Togane is really flat!
Can you believe it?

They sell Whiskey at the grocery store, and it`s really really cheap!

This is school

Ready to learn some awesome grammar

Better watch out

We don`t wear school uniforms, as we are college students and too old for that stuff. We see a lot of high schoolers who wear them thoughAt the train station ready to play some basketball with the nativesTokyo at nightTokyo at night
Met some Norwegians in Tokyo.

We went to this super awesome James Brownish funk concert in Tokyo last night. It was at Club Asia, and for us the party didn`t stop `till 4 in the mornin`. Good times! At about 8 or 9 am we were back home and could finally get some sleep, whoohoooo....

Bye Norway, hi Japan!

OK, so in two days I leave Norway. Japan is my destination, and I´ll stay there for 5 months to hopefully learn some of the language and have some fun at the same time. I´m making this blog since more than one person (shockingly) have asked me to keep them updated on what I experience and such.

You can expect some pics and vids, a lot of words and possibly some original music aswell from this very blog.
